Execution of coordinated multichannel outreach via Email and LinkedIn over an approximate 30-day period. For leads that demonstrate engagement — such as clicking email links, opening emails multiple times, or replying to messages — we also initiate outreach via WhatsApp.

Cold Email Campaigns

This approach is most effective when your business model meets the following criteria: (1) Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) belongs to a category with a large Total Addressable Market (TAM); (2) The sales process is relatively simple (either the product is already familiar to the market or requires minimal explanation to communicate the problem-solving value); and (3) The average deal size is low. This approach represents a “high-volume” strategy, as it allows us to send up to 1,000 emails per day.

LinkedIn Outreach

This strategy is suitable for scenarios that require an account-based marketing (ABM) approach, typically when: (1) Your ICP represents a highly specific niche with a small TAM; (2) You have a complex sales process; and (3) The average deal size is high. This strategy is classified as “low volume” due to LinkedIn’s limitations. Sending large volumes of automated messages on LinkedIn is not feasible, as it carries the risk of being flagged or banned by the platform.

WhatsApp Prospecting

Unlike WhatsApp messages used solely as follow-ups for engaged leads, this approach enables automated bulk outreach through official Meta WhatsApp marketing channels, using a fully compliant and legal method. When a lead responds to the initial message, an AI agent automatically initiates a conversation, provides company information, and focuses on converting the lead into a strategic meeting.
