XRProj offers a no-code immersive platform for Industry 4.0, enabling CAD-to-VR automated conversions for training and digital twins. Despite validating their technology with giants like Embraer and Nestlé, scaling remained difficult. Their commercial challenges included extremely long enterprise sales cycles, reliance on cultural shifts toward XR hardware, multiple C-level decision-makers, and a lean internal team struggling with outbound efficiency.

Our Solution

Dual-Track Enterprise Outreach

As a high-tech startup targeting large multinational manufacturers in the aerospace, medical, and food & beverage sectors, FormulaXR required a highly sophisticated outbound approach. Because they sell complex, high-ticket solutions to top-tier engineering executives, we engineered a dual-track strategy. For key enterprise accounts, we deployed an intensive, high-touch multichannel cadence including targeted cold calls and WhatsApp. Simultaneously, to leverage their horizontal applicability, we launched highly personalized, fully automated email and LinkedIn workflows to capture broader market demand efficiently.

Precision Targeting & Campaign Engineering

Mapping a market of 8,000 large industrial companies, we utilized Clay and Deep Research for data enrichment. Initiating contact with 545 highly qualified leads (about three per account), we segmented our approach: Tier 1 executives received customized multichannel engagement including calls and WhatsApp, while Tier 2 influencers entered automated "Ask for Referral" sequences. Leveraging Social Selling and a Value-Offer strategy, we captured interest by offering a 2-minute institutional video, client testimonials, and exclusive platform demo access.

Campaign Results (first 90 days)

Within 90 days of deploying our continuous Go-to-Market engineering framework, the optimized outreach generated a robust 39% open rate and a solid 11% positive reply rate across cold channels. Most importantly, this systematic approach to precision targeting successfully converted these early engagements into 22 highly qualified enterprise leads actively advancing within FormulaXR’s complex sales pipeline.
