Renke Studio is a boutique marketing and Revenue Operations (RevOps) agency based in Blumenau, Brazil, specialized in accelerating premium medical and dental clinics. Despite a strong value proposition featuring their proprietary Clínica10x method, they faced scaling challenges. Their highly consultative sales process required a constant flow of qualified leads. High market competition and the need to educate prospects about RevOps further complicated their outbound efficiency and pipeline predictability.
Our Solution
Bypassing the LinkedIn Void
Targeting healthcare clinics presented a unique hurdle: this demographic heavily resembles our previous Physio Zentrum project, as doctors and clinic owners rarely maintain an active LinkedIn presence. To bypass this, our strategy bypassed traditional email and LinkedIn routes, focusing entirely on a highly targeted WhatsApp automation infrastructure. We initiated our first sprint strictly within the state of São Paulo, combining CNAE-based lists for direct founder numbers and Google Maps web scraping for clinic front-desk routing. This ensured direct access to decision-makers.
Precision Targeting & Omnichannel Execution
We mapped a Total Addressable Market of 340,000 businesses, narrowing down to 2,500 priority leads across small (2-11 employees) and medium (11-50 employees) clinics earning up to 1M BRL. Identifying approximately two leads per company, we separated Tier 1 (Founders) from Tier 2 (Management). Applying AI-driven deep research, we executed a 100% automated omnichannel cadence via WhatsApp and Instagram. Leveraging conversational AI agents and social selling, we deployed a Value-Offer strategy offering free digital presence e-books, testimonial videos, and complimentary RevOps consultations.
Campaign Results (in 90 days)
Following our initial 90-day sprint and rigorous A/B testing of engagement assets, the optimized campaign yielded exceptional metrics. We achieved a 41% open rate and a solid 9.3% positive reply rate across the customized WhatsApp cadences. Ultimately, this scalable Go-to-Market engineering effort successfully injected 120 highly qualified leads directly into Renke Studio’s pipeline.
